Sylvie is fun and sexy. Wherever there is a party, Sylvie is there. And wherever Sylvie is, there's a party.

Throughout her teens she weaved her way through the lurid nightlife in the city and eventually infiltrated the exclusive parties among the upper class. Her lighthearted allure quickly ingratiated her among the wealthiest pleasure seekers. She enjoyed a lavish lifestyle by representing an unobtainable fantasy. She was charmingly irresistible, and yet always just beyond reach.

On a fateful night during a week-long party at a seaside villa, Sylvie descended the stone stairway to the shore. Stretched on the rocks, with glittering waves crashing under the full moon, Sylvie was the incarnation of earthly delight. She was a vision of perfection and her radiance attracted attention from beyond the depths.

Elder powers curled and whispered to her. The voice worshipped her from head to toe and made promises and vows that made the gifts of dukes and kings seem worthless. With her usual sly charm, she deigned to accepted the worshipful service of her submissive god.

Followed and worshipped by otherworldly power, the luxury of Sylvie's life redoubled. But her position as entertaining decoration among elite nobles shifted into something new. Soon, nearly every man and woman in the court developed intense feelings for her. Fellow pleasure seekers became suitors, lovers, and obsessive stalkers. Parties began to devolve into brooding dramatic affairs. As the attention of those around her focussed more on Sylvie, her attention was drawn more and more to the sea.

When Sylvie's brother returned from his campaign at sea with the merchant marines and was set to begin a new adventure, she made her exit from the court of endless parties and into an adventurer’s life on the high seas.
